Jerry is Managing Director of SCS Technology Solutions and co-founder. Jerry established SCS in 1995 with a vision of providing the best IT support in Lincolnshire and has been doing so ever since.
Jerry is a keen weather enthusiast – his predictions are often more accurate than the Met Office!
Mat joined SCS in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate plus holds a WatchGuard Technical certificate in Threat Detection & Response.
With two young children to contend with, unfortunately Mat has no spare time for hobbies – they keep him busy enough!
Simon has been with SCS since the business was established in 1995. Simon leads our Technical Team and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and Associate, plus holds a WatchGuard Technical Certificate in Fireware Wireless.
Simon is a Chairman of a community group running their local pub and has loads of pets, too many to list. Hobbies are appreciating good beer and horse riding (not at the same time!)
Ed joined SCS in 2006 as a trainee and quickly assumed the role of Field Support Engineer. Ed is a Symantec and Cisco Specialist plus holds certifications including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Windows and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and Watchguard Fireware Essential.
Ed has a keen interest in all things MINI related.
Phil joined SCS in 2001 following a career in the Royal Air Force.
Phil is a senior member of the team looking after our customers’ more complex IT systems and is a Microsoft Exchange and Messaging specialist. Phil is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert.

Sam started with SCS in July 2019 and is responsible for visiting client sites, installation of equipment, fault finding and also providing remote support when in the office.
He has a first class degree in Electronic engineering and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Sam is an avid walker often frequenting the Peak District. He also plays drums in a couple of local bands.
Alex started with SCS in April 2010 as a Field Support Engineer, however Alex provides both onsite and remote support for customers and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
Alex is the Scottish voice you’ll hear down the phone, who loves DIY and coffee!
Tom has worked at SCS since October 2019 and is a Microsoft Technology Associate. Tom provides both onsite and remote support to customers.
For his 30th birthday, Tom completed a 15000 foot skydive over Salisbury which he loved and would recommend to anybody!
Andy joined SCS in 2001 and provides telephone and remote support to our customers and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
You can find Andy caravanning in the Peak District and GeoCache hunting with son in his spare time.
Ryan joined SCS in September 2019 as an IT Support Technician and has a AVCE in IT, plus is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
Ryan worked directly with Microsoft on the world’s first deployment of the Microsoft365 Business SKU.
Steve has been a member of the team since 2001 having previously spent 26 years in the Royal Navy.
Providing organisational support to the Technical Team and ensuring they have the right products on time to meet our customer needs is Steve’s main priority at SCS.
Steve appreciates a good whisky in his spare time.
Jamie has been with SCS since April 2018 and assists Steve in the workshop, ordering stock and managing the workshop side of repairs.
Currently, Jamie is studying a level 3 course in IT Infrastructure which he will be finishing imminently.
Jamie is a keen motorbike enthusiast, he has his own bike and loves watching British Superbikes.
Max joined the SCS team in November 2018 as an Apprentice IT Technician.
Alongside his daily work tasks, Max is also studying a level 3 course in IT Infrastructure which he will be finishing imminently.
In Max’s spare time, he gives back to his community as a volunteer police officer.
Laura joined the SCS team in February 2018 as an Office Administrator with 10 years experience in Administration and Marketing.
As well as working on all the general office/admin duties, Laura also sends renewal quotes for WatchGuard services, anti-virus renewals etc.
Laura has 2 young daughters, so spends most of her free time ferrying them to their various clubs, play dates etc!
